In addition, Joe was also a top executive with Morse Shoe, and was responsible for the Fayva Shoes Division overseeing more than 2,000 individual stores with over 50,000 total employees. This unusual combination of hands-on experience in so many diverse market sectors provides Joe with a unique perspective. He thoroughly understands not only the needs of small businesses, but he also knows first hand how to effectively overcome the many serious challenges associated with operating and expanding a major corporation. As Director of Franchise Sales, John O. Conlin, has been extensively involved in turning entrepreneurs’ dreams of national expansion into highly profitable reality. For more than twenty years, John has assisted a wide range of business owners in developing remarkably effective promotional materials, dramatically expanding market penetration through the creation of innovative new products and services, as well as overseeing numerous successful nationwide marketing campaigns.
